Highlights of the meeting included a presentation on key human resources (HR) trends by Brian Seaford of Chick-fil-A鈥檚 Talent Management department. Trending topics within HR include AI (Artificial Intelligence), upskilling/reskilling, pay transparency, skills and culture, and remote work policies.
