Artificial intelligence is reshaping how people learn, work, and serve their communities. 糖心Vlog传媒 is intentionally integrating AI into teaching and learning鈥攇uided by Christian values, academic integrity, equity, and a deep commitment to student success.
AI at AU allows the opportunity for students and faculty to access, guidance, and space to engage AI thoughtfully, creatively, and ethically.

How AI Is Used for Learning

AI at 糖心Vlog传媒 enhances learning without replacing it. Faculty are equipped to design meaningful assignments, guide responsible and transparent use of AI, and adapt courses for a rapidly changing world. Students remain accountable for their work while learning how to use AI with integrity and purpose. Introduced in AU 101 and reinforced across general education and upper-level courses, AI becomes a consistent part of the student experience鈥攐ffering opportunity, flexibility, and choice throughout all four years.

- AI integration in Biology Research Methods courses (BIO 240)
- AI-powered active learning experiences in Business courses, including immersive escape room鈥搒tyle challenges
- A dissertation-writing tutor bot supporting advanced research and scholarly writing
- An adaptive AI study tutor that quizzes students, increases difficulty, and adjusts tone to enhance engagement
- AI-enhanced workflows for Digital Storytelling, including video creation and production editing
- AI-supported, game-based courses in Christian Studies, featuring role-playing narratives and interactive challenges within Canvas
- AI personas in Psychology courses teaching students foundational skills for the helping professsions, like active listening and case analysis.听

To ensure fairness, privacy, and academic integrity, AU provides campus-wide access to BoodleBox, a secure AI platform.

Security: Prompts and data entered by AU members are protected in a closed, walled-garden environment
Flexibility: Users can work across multiple AI models within a single workspace
Collaboration: Chats can be shared, revisited, and used by teams or entire classes
